The negative side is huge. Once purchased, the selling company is filling my in-box with spam advertisements to upgrade. No matter how many times the Unsubscribe option is taken, a day or so later there is another advert. The upgrade offered is just more items to fill a design with, no upgrade is abilities.
If what you are after is something to show you how a new rug will look in your existing home then this is product is the right level for you. If you want something to design a house with, I wouldn't bother.
A few years ago I bought the HGTV Home Design program and used it successfully to renovate my basement. I then uninstalled it. I now would like to reinstall it on my new computer in order to do another reno but get the error message: 1628 Unable to install. Please advise on what I need to do.
